The real challenge this company has is NOT compliance, it is funding--they are almost out of cash...Again. Compliance keeps them on the Nasdaq, but it doesnt get them cash. And they are also running out of authorized shares to dilute from. The R/S allows them to dilute using less shares vis-a-vis the higher shareproce. Now they CAN increase the authorized share count with a vote, but they prefer the easier/artificial mode via the r/s.
My PERSONAL concern is the lack of PR on Zimhi sales which would suggest (to me) thise sales aren't impressive enough for a Press Release nor enough to boost the shareprice.
Moving to OTC wouldn't help things but it also forces the company to PERFORM. Sadly, I think they are toast---which includes my shares I've been holding for years.
For the record I voted NO on R/S, even though I believe that will only hasten company demise.
Oh, and Tempol sales are at least 2 years away; do the math. And if you don't agree with my timeline, show me your timeline.

If tempol data in September is strong we will not need a reverse split to regain compliance

If you can't run the company than you should sell it and give the money back to investors.

I voted against 99% of proposal🙏They have to try harder. Must communicate better than this. Must have chemistry with customers and partners and donors... They have to learn how to do business. I worked for more than 30 companies in my life so I know what to say 🙏Amen Amen Hallelujah

I was a purchaser today and looking forward to earnings call and keeping my fingers crossed that we can gain NASDAQ compliance once again concerning same. Still consider reverse split should be made available to management rather than diluting our holdings with the issuance of any more shares under one dollar.

FYI ADMP was granted the 6 month extension for price compliance on June 30th, it's outlined at the end of page 14 of the14A filed on July 7th.

I'm a bit surprised by the amount of selling if the letter is the main reason, what else was expected from a letter to shareholders outlining why they want you to vote in line with the board. There view was outlined weeks ago.

I don't know about you, but the Letter to Shareholders did nothing to persuade me to vote Yes. Expand the pipeline??? They have yet to prove they can efficiently execute (trials, approve and commercialize) the current pipeline! And they are asking for more outstanding shares to dilute further? Sounds like more "good money after bad" to me. I don't want delisting, but they have 6 months to prove Zimhi and Symjepi sales can move the shareprice over $1 else it WILL be the pink sheets for this stock.

Could we possibly get some good news that Zimhi is selling and the problem with Symjepi has been corrected? The company has no news since June 1st and hopefully they are waiting until the next earnings report to give us stockholders news. I’m not holding my breath but I’m sure they don’t want to see the stock go to the pink pages ( which could happen in the near future)!
