    US private sector hiring cools more than expected in September

    The US private sector added fewer than expected jobs in September signalling hiring is cooling at a time when domestic growth is decelerating. Private employers added 135,000 jobs last month, compared with a downwardly revised 157,000 in August (previously 195,000), payroll processor ADP said on Wednesday. The vast services sector was the main driver adding 127,000 jobs, with the biggest gains seen in education and health and trade, transportation and utilities industries.
