Aegion's annual meeting was held today. It was a virtual meeting limited to shareholders only. There will be some press release with the contents and results of the meeting.
Aegion has reduced the income of some of the management, so the upcoming results will most likely not be so great. But the potential market for this company is massive, as almost every storm or septic pipe in the country needs replacing.

I have not seen any news, but AEGN has two divisions connected to the energy area. So I would not expect earnings to be stellar.
