I still see cryptocurrency as one of the best digital investment and i totally love the technology when it comes to the largest crypto asset Bitcoin As a trader, i have been able to understand that there are two sides when it comes to crypto and everyone has their opinions when it comes to choosing sides, though i am not kicking against Hodl, but i see it as an old and odd strategy to make profit of the market as when the market goes bearish investors/traders loses their investment which is always painful, when you can take advantage of the market by involving in day trading or copying trade alert from a professional trader that understand the market and use strategy to generate signals daily to make profit to grow your portfolio. i started with 2.5 BTC and i have accumulated over 11.6 BTC in just three weeks, with the trading strategy given to me by expert trader Nora Barber

My opinion. You don’t give executive bonus to stay unless there’s a sale. Don’t need them to liquidate assets

Like I said in past post. No trading means sale is coming. I think you will hear an announcement today.

We have received a number of proposals to acquire all of various parts of our business as a going concern,” Vermette wrote. “These potential ‘going concern buyers’ want to acquire – and operate - substantially all of our U.S. and non-U.S. business and assets. While we cannot share the value of the proposals or the names of the potential buyers, we want to share our enthusiasm for this positive momentum.”
A going concern means a buyer would continue to operate the business rather than close it and sell off its assets. Vermette said the prospective buyers are working “diligently” on their qualified binding bids and asked for additional time.

Just joined the party. Tangible book around 8 per share, healthy equity chunk on balance sheet, IP, sales record, brand, and manuf facilities. Even if liquidation there still should be more than .40 per share for equity holders. Am I missing something?

do not forget shareholders own part of the business in China and Australia.
The Company’s businesses in China and Australia will not be included in the Chapter 11 filing, but they are part of the sale process.

I wonder how many times investors can lose money on this sinking ship. Remember last bankruptcy they promised that all shareholders would have some value in new stock never happened. I worked here many years and am saddened but not surprised. This is what happens when arrogant people retain positions without ever knowing or understanding their customers. It’s all about brand and design they think. Not so much eh.

What person or company has been accumulating over half of the outstanding shares today at approx $0.40?
Seems like if I were a company that was interested in buying AFI, I'd be buying all the shares I could today at prices 1/10th of what AFI was probably asking. Interesting to see if we get a SEC statement of 5% or more ownership filing in the next day or so from some private equity firm or some other company.
