ALGN growth this quarter is a clear indicator that the tele-dentistry and aligner industries are recovering at an increasing rate from this pandemic. Positive catalysts for both $SDC and $ALGN

Great earnings report - super bullish forward guidance. There is absolutely no doubt now that this industry -lead by this company - is now in the almost vertical phase of the S curve of adoption of new technology. Competitors should do well, but none will catch this company in the foreseeable future. I've listened to every earnings call since ALGN went public - this was the most optimistic by far.

Is it even still worth buying? At a market cap of 50B i think it’s a bit much.
Not to say I don‘t like the company, I‘m wearing their braces now and they‘re excellent with great service but I think the company it not going up much more.

I noticed that Align has a very significant number of career openings across all functions and across the globe. Many Territory Sales Manager positions in the USA and globally. That is a great sign for the forward outlook. Great news!

Hogan said there's still a broad-based growth story at ALGN, one the company needs to do a better job sharing with investors. He said Align continues to see growth around the globe except in China, which is the company's second-biggest market. While Align had forecast 70% growth in China, the company is now expecting only 20% to 30%. Hogan said it's not a competitive or operational problem in China, but more of a consumer backlash, one he expects will rectify itself.
