I keep trying to post an article and it has been removed each time I do it. Apparently this stock was trading at $1.16 yesterday, according to the news article I found. I am not posting it again, since I posted twice and it was removed twice. I have reported it to the SEC.

Trading halt requested yesterday on ASX by Alkane, " pending the release of significant exploration results from drilling at the Boda Prospect." The last time they halted the stock because of forthcoming Boda drilling results on September 5th, 2019, the stock climbed 54% from 0.37 to 0.8. Based on latest presentation in Sydney, everything points to these results confirming a cadia-like (Newcrest) find, which if is true, means about a 30-bagger for Alkane at a minimum. It will obviously take time for that to materialize, but with all the other irons Alkane has in the fire (San Antonio etc, rare earths etc), there are so many opportunities for a serious re-rate of the value of this company which could legitimately turn into one of the majors in Australian mining.

When the gold and poly metals projects are separated into two companies the gold stock will see even greater investor interest.

Was at 0.70 now down to 0.65 - profit-taking? Gold projects producing and increasing resources and reserves; the company to split to increase and free the value of its gold proposition within a strong gold environment with the potential to go higher. A multi-metals company with much needed REE resource (permitted) and a strong relationship with South Korea and Zirconium need. A lot to like over the long term.

I hear the ANLKY American Depositiory Receipt (ADR) shares are being delisted, because of such issues as changed fees. Other Alkane shares will still be operational and share-holders can get their money back.

Have you heard about this? Do you know how long the process will take to get the money back?

It seems like they halted trading yesterday so that, after the gold discovery announcement, the insiders could steal our money. I also thought the announcement was supposed to be today??

Can any long-term holders of Alkane provide us new investors with a summary of the issues with this stock ? (ie status on going into production, financing, concerns on dillution, etc..) It sure looks like a great investment opportunity. Thanks !

Think the rare earth investments are starting to ramp up now as the global metal prices are finally jumping and exiting their bear market. (as inventories have now been depleted and electric cars are significantly adding to demand of the metals) This will lift Lynas and Alkane. It should also help Alkane find the financing it needs to ramp up it's own rare earth production from the pilot plant volumes. Once they do, they should be a money machine, with arguably the best and largest high grade deposit of the "highly lucrative" heavy metals in the world. The only question in my mind is whether someone buys them out before that happens. (Either Lynas or another major commodity company ) I hope not though, as I think Alkane is a diamond in the rough !

I think the recent pull-back is a buying opportunity - added 5000 shares. I think china's actions will continue to drive REE prices higher and their recently announced goal to have 20% of their cars be electric by 2025 is another such move. Add in the hafnium / zirconium which china and others are interested in and I think this is a great time to build a position in this company. Their transformation from gold to rare earths is coming quickly.
