    Allt not participating.

Shares of cybersecurity-focused companies including FireEye (FEYE) - Get Report, Palo Alto Networks (PANW) - Get Report, CrowdStrike (CRWD) - Get Report gained on Tuesday following a weekend cyberattack on software provider Kaseya, in which Russian hackers have demanded $70 million to restore data.

What's the catalyst for this in the near time? Deals don't move the stock. They never raise guidance. They never overdeliver on quarterly results. The major US deal was already announced.Seems like guidance for next year is the only hope going forward but that is a long way off. This stock seems like its deader than a door #$%$ for the rest of 2021.

We just need a few more deals to get ALLT to new highs

WASHINGTON (AP) — A ransomware attack paralyzed the networks of at least 200 U.S. companies on Friday, according to a cybersecurity researcher whose company was responding to the incident.

I have to think Palo Alto Networks would make a play for ALLT they have some same customers with different protections. ALLT would make a perfect compliment to Palo Alto. My prediction is $30/share buyout.

I am not sure how ALLT can get noticed by the market. They are NEVER mentioned on any cybersecurity conversations its almost like they don't even exist. Sadly they have to start doing some public PR maybe getting on a show like Jim Cramer Mad Money ??????? They announce a deal and stock gores down 2 days in a row. Market goes higher it can't breakout from the high.

This company still has a major major image problem with the street. It is so completely damaged I'm not sure what can change it. That regression line they showed yesterday really summed things up. And it's obly gotten worse since yesterday. They plotted growth rate vs EV valuation. Allt vs competitors. Allt had by far the worst plotted point. The valuation was absolutely the lowest and well below companies with slower growth rates. At least management finally acknowledged there was a problem. But no idea how to fix it. Sell the company or activist intervention is still the only hope. I thought maybe things were starting to change then reality got back in the way.

Their revenue guidance for 2021 is quite underwhelming, but it's the quality of revenue (recurring) they're trying to capitalize on. Ok, but that's not going to materialize meaningfully until 2022: "recurring security revenues in 2021 to be at least $6M, and around $25M in 2022."

Very little multiple expansion. Stock price has gone up as revenue has gone up, but the multiple is still atrocious. Still an extremely weak stock move considering the overall strong economic conditions. So what does this tell you? First, market still doesn't like this company and it is still sitting in purgatory. Secondly, selling the company still remains the best option.

Seems like you all are agreeing with my 2nd point, and as for the first, you keep bringing up how bad the stock price is relative to revenue, so you recognize the market is not expanding the revenue multiple with regards to the market cap.

Company, still, needs to be sold. That is STILL the only way for shareholders to maximize value. It will continue to remain at that 1.0x1.5 revenue market cap until then.

Zohar Zisapel and Soros Fund Management both selling out. Not good to see that when you think a company is starting to hit its stride. Makes me wonder if we are tapped out at this point. You can argue about valuation all day, but it has been valued with a low multiple for a long time and given the lack of meaningful profit, that won't change. Thinking now might be a good time to exit; I mean they just signed with a Tier 1 AMERICAN operator followed by a Tier 1 European. And then the earnings on top of that. And still the upward move is pretty modest. Still something toxic about this company.

It is about time for allot stock to be back at 12.5$ - 13.5$ price.
It seems like that the q3 report will be great and better than the q2 report. The CEO said that at the last report and this great contract renewal with Telefonica supporting it.
frost & salivan gave a target of 13.5 at Aug 25th (you can search for it on their website). Nothing changed since then, things just getting better. also, Nedhaam gave allot target of 15$ in august as well.

in my opinion, it looks like this is the right time to jump in.

Good luck and stay healthy guys!!!!

Now it gets interesting . . . Where were all the sellers at $8? I believe fair value to be $10+ near-term, and in the next year or two will hit new highs in the high-teens, low twenties - if all goes well. Profitability may get pushed out, but if so it will be voluntary - in the name of realizing long term potential. Erez is a good CEO.

We keep hearing about all these apparent deals they are winning, yet they never ever have a positive earnings surprise or ever raise guidance. Everything is always jusr in line.

And somehow they add over $13m in cash during the quarter and still don't beat on revenues or raise guidance.

    Perplexing.

Someone agrees with me. Needham last target was 11.5 - hopefully they will revisit as well.

Allot Ltd. initiated with a Buy at Lake Street Lake Street analyst Eric Martinuzzi initiated coverage of Allot Ltd. with a Buy rating and $15 price target. While the stock has been in a positive trend over the past year, the company's recent wins and expanding margins "offer plenty of upside," Martinuzzi tells investors in a research note. Global shelter in place initiatives have driven a sharp rise in required bandwidth at Allot's service provider customers, says the analyst.

Or, you are learning about this stock. You can show up lecture long time holders about it.

But yes selling the company has been the only viable strategy to produce actual shareholder value for a very long time. I've been advocating for it for 5 years.

Pkt was bought out years ago at an EV of 2.3x revenue. And they weren't even growing revenue and didn't have SaaS and were farther away from a profit.

The same valuation would put allt at $13 right now. And given what I said in the prior paragraph the multiple should be higher than Pkt.

A stock that should be at least $15, if not $20, is trading at $10 and shareholders are supposed to be OK with it?
