The board of directors of Ally Financial Inc. (NYSE: ALLY) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.19 per share of the company's common stock, a $0.02 per share increase relative to Ally's prior quarterly cash dividend, payable on February 14, 2020 to stockholders of record on January 31, 2020.
Ally Financial announced that Sathish Muthukrishnan has joined the company as chief information, data and digital officer. Muthukrishnan will lead Ally's technology, data and digital transformation teams, with a focus on advanced technical capabilities, including cyber security and infrastructure, as well as accelerating Ally's growth as a leading digital financial services provider.
