    HitGen and Almirall Enter DNA-Encoded Library Based Innovative Drug Discovery Research Collaboration

    HitGen Ltd announced that the company has entered into a research collaboration with Almirall to identify novel small molecule leads for targets of interest. In this collaboration, HitGen will apply its advanced technology platform, based on DNA-encoded library design, synthesis and screening, to discover novel leads for Almirall. Thermi received an "It has come to our attention" notice from the FDA on July 24, 2018 regarding specific claims about the company's ThermiVa® device in the United States. ThermiVa, a non-ablative radiofrequency application, has been cleared by the FDA for use in dermatological and general surgical procedures for electrocoagulation and hemostasis.
