  • Wow, same ol', same ol', yet another #$%$ qtr, impossible to even spin, should lose tomorrow most everything it gained today in stock price, wouldn't you hate to be those souls who bought in around $12 range, only viable strategy for this company is to sell out to bigger company who knows how to market good products
  • AMSWA reached a new 52 Week High at 12.06
  • One should take a look at the insider transactions. Mike has been really reduciing his options at a rate I have not seen in 30 years. It has all the appearance of reducing his stake in the company to rebalance monies. I guess this means he is really out for the long haul. I hope he is not seriously ill
  • It certainly is nice to see the stock holding abouve 10 and now moving up a rung to 11. Its good that they have finally managed to craft a sustainablle business model
  • That NGC acquisition was probably the best thing for this company in 20 years. The NGC sales model has proven to be more effective than the legacy model of the Logility Their success has helped drag the remenants of American Software to report the better numbers that they do A good job indeed
  • Broke $11. Get ready

  • Anyone out there listen to 3rd qtr results session? Mike Edenfield spoke for 90 seconds and consistently stumbled over multiple words he was reading; is there something wrong with him medically that shareholders might need to know? Or was he just having one heck of a bad day? He has throughout the years been very poor in these quarterly announcement sessions, but Thursday was clearly his worst; the Logility CEO is obviously better choice of the two
  • Just got another double-digit gainer from ---> T0pMarketGaIners.c0m
  • almost 10.5, a towering height for them. Its just amazing how things change when the CEO does.
  • Wow, isn't this a great stock!!!!!
  • Well at least it appears to be dragged along with the market. Back to double digits. Start the clock.
  • If the dividend is ever cut or ended the stock price will be around $1 per share. This is a no-growth company.
  • Looks like death drop to me, another horrible quarter to come and people who know that already are dumping this horrible no growth stock (isn't that called insider trading?); terrible management will always eventually destroy any company, even one with good products
  • Now this is a an unpleasant event. This is the first time the stock fell below double digits in a quarter. That was the longest streak for the company in many years. I thought it meant that perhaps a new normal was coming but alas not. Perhaps they should replace some of the middle management next since I suspect their problems are "baked in" by going to the same tired set of supervisory talent for the past 20 years. It won't be hard they have no real hierarchy so there is only a couple of offenders that could be replaced. They know who they are, or maybe worse still, they don't.
