I assume you folks know that ATAX's business model re. distributions is going to be different effective 2021. In the past, they paid .125 per quarter for .50 per yr. They're going to start paying based on CAD (cash available for distribution) which means an uneven distribution some to most quarters. However, the good news is if you look at their last complete year prior to Covid19 (2019), their CAD came to .11, .08, .21 & .18. I get .58, they get .57 (which is probably from the different ways of rounding off. In any case, during 2019 they would have paid .57 instead of the .50 we got. We've been VERY long since 2014 & cut it back 42% when "it hit the fan" during March '20. It's still our 2nd or maybe 3rd largest holding. I remain optimistic. We shall see. Ron PS: they say we should expect about 60% tax free going forward/that was a bit disappointing.

What I take from current Q report is $0.11 per BUC available for distribution. A more than 22% increase Q/Q. Revenue at north of $14M is great!

Look at the 3Q earnings release. $.21 cash available for distribution, and for the 9 months ended Sept. 30, $.39 cash available for distribution. Both amounts adequate to cover the $.125 cash distribution per quarter. Unit value now north of $8. I don't see anything bad about this situation. They are making good decisions it seems on property they own. And they are trying to get their debt into a fixed rather than floating mode.

anyone know what's going on with ATAX? Earnings were something of a disappointment, but there were no signs of a dvd cut.
