There are an estimated 700 MILLION ATVI customers around the globe! It's far more than just the HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS playing Warzone! Activision is the Netflix of the gaming world. It's worth roughly 4 times the current share price.

There's so much noise and speculation on this wall. Unfortunately, everyone seems to be ignoring the fact that ATVI have survived worse and their fundamental goal of quality games has remained unchanged. This is evident in the fact that they are willing to take a hit in order to spend more time on developing better quality games and investing in their current products. It's no secret that one of the best thing's about ATVI is their ability to react to community feedback and provide continuous updates and patches.

The walkout protest today starting at Activision has fizzled a ATVI rally that started well in the morning. The point isn't that only a few people are protesting. The point is the broader impact on employee morale and the created distraction. COME ON ATVI, get your act together and do a better job of managing your most important resources - the employees who create and support your games !!!

Amazing that still no one is posting about what is arguably Activision biggest game drop in literally 6 days. Warzone Pacific. This update to Warzone is actually a completely new game with a tonne of features that gamers actually want. This includes, apparently, a robust anti cheat. Cheating is a huge problem across all the popular battle royale games. Free to play Battle Royale games are the future for big business online gaming. Activision is poised to secure dominance in 6 days and no one on this seems to be even aware.

Congratulations, ATVI longs. Today ATVI outperformed the S&P 500; the Dow; and the NASDAQ. I get that we shouldn't get excited about being up 1.27% for the day. But today is the third consecutive day in the green. A much needed relief after 11 days in the red. Last year, ATVI moved up 17% in December. I don't expect that this year. But a 10% increase to hit $64/share by year-end would be reasonable given the low starting base - as long as some other materially bad headline doesn't hit. Good luck to all longs.

The pressure from the media, employees, investors and partners will continue until Kotick leaves. And any rally will fizzle out as bad headlines continue e.g. protests at Activision, exclusion of ATVI representatives from the industry awards event, etc. This has real consequences on the bottom line as talented developers and content creators will NOT want to work for ATVI.

Need news from the CEO or board. They probably just want to stay quiet until Feb but I was hoping for Stock buybacks before then.

I think there are only 3 types of employees left at ATVI. The first group is the type that keeps their head down, produces work, and actually gets stuff done. I'm guessing this is about 20% of the staff, but produces about 80% of the actual work. Then there are the casuals, collecting a paycheck, not doing too much, and they contribute 40% even though they are 60% of the group. Then you have about 20%, which are the entitled cr*ps who do nothing but complain, cry, create issues and actually destroy about 20% of the work that could have been done. All companies have these same groups, but normally the complainers are limited to 5% (or 10% in tech). If I was Bobby, I would focus less on the DE&I, and work to fire every single one of these complainers. And then I'd move on.

Unbelievable ! On a day when the NASDAQ dropped by almost 2%, ATVI managed it's second day in the GREEN. Plus twice as many calls as puts were sold on ATVI today. Perhaps the worst is finally over.

Given investor interest in the Metaverse, ATVI is well-positioned to benefit given the World of Warcraft and Call of Duty assets. If it wasn't this overhang of the "toxic employee culture", ATVI would easily be in the $75 to $80 range today, even with the delay in the next Diablo and Overwatch games. If the problem is fixed, the leadership needs to demonstrate this in early Feb with solid results and guidance that surprise investors oon the upside.

Purchased a bunch of shares at $50 like 5 years ago. Can’t believe we are almost back to that level. Company still has a solid balance sheet? Are the allegations and negative press really bringing this stock down this much? If so, it’s almost a no brainer not to buy and hold for the long run or am I missing something?
