Any thoughts on the offering and "Operational and financial Update"? I don't know how to feel about the update article, consisting of various bits of info, starting with good news and ending with bad news. Is this just SOP to include with an offering announcement, covering legal bases? Does it hint at bad things happening behind the scenes? Good things? I'd like to hear some analysis by more experienced investors.

I bought this almost 2 years ago, they are not growing as fast as I thought they would. 10% operating MW increase isn't good. The keep saying some of these tariffs are too low for them to make money off the new auctions. They need to figure out how to lower costs asap
