Is anybody know why this stock went down several days ago without any information. The fundamental is very good, the avenue goes up every year. Next Q3 would be very good because the England Market and Seattle open again (In particular, Seattle is back to pre-COVID-19 revenue levels while our U.K. operations have rebounded from 25% to 60% of pre-COVID-19 revenue levels.)

Why was it down so much today?

BBCP Q3 revenue increased 18% Y/Y to $78.7M, largely attributable Capital Pumping acquisition along with coupled with growth in many of the Company’s existing core markets, partially offset by strengthening US$ on the U.K. segment’s reported results

On a pro forma basis, revenue increased 3% and on constant currency basis sales were up +4%.

Gross profit margin improved 430bps to 49.6% due to the post-acquisition contribution from Capital Pumping, favorable fuel pricing and better procurement costs; adjusted EBITDA margin increased 540bps to 38.9%.

The company had $4.5M of cash, $439.1M of total outstanding debt and $21.8M of available borrowing capacity under its ABL Credit Agreement.

For 2019, the company forecasts revenues of ~$284M and adjusted EBITDA to be ~$95M

With home building and construction still going strong this is a very attractive bet.

Bought a boatload at $4.14 today. Heard good things about exec management, very well run company and last qtr’s weather setbacks behind them. Cautiously optimistic

It hurt when seeing it down like this.

And more @$4.20. Just my gut that there will be mass mega cap gain selling in q4, and rotation into small and micro value. BBCP should also benefit from that and from being in the index now. This has been massively oversold
    Bullish

Not sure but i’ve been buying down to $3.40 and still bullish and mid-long

This is gonna run fairly quickly to the mid/high 4’s imo. Been ignored too long. 12% over last 2 days

Nice jump today thanks to the tariff news. My gut is we’ll see steady climb back to mid 4’s or hopefully 5 by yr end. I think we’ve bottomed (no chart analysis backing that up, just a gut)
    Bullish

Total lack of management from the top down. No structure to the organization, every branch make all there own decisions. You can look at fundamentals, but you should dig a little deeper before getting bullish on this stock. The value in this company is to a Carl Icahn type of investor. Buy it and sell the individual cities or states to other companies that can manage better, maybe keep a core out west that could be managed, but two continents and 80 branches of rouge managers is a bad model. You will continue to see revenue drop as BBCP attempts to create revenue by dropping prices for services to compensate for the terrible last three quarterly results. Same management style and approach that put Brundage in 2010 bankruptcy. https://www.denverpost.com/2010/01/19/concrete-pumping-giant-files-chapter-11/
paid $130mm for Capital and now the market cap is $215mm? Even with that I would say this company is overvalued as a whole.
