Hahahaha.... I said this a very long time ago after Bigs decided to put his financial priorities over his "partners" or "shareholders" as he decided to treat outside owners like all corporate #$%$ do that this stock will be a perinnial under perfermer and sell well below I.V. forever. And this is what that self-serving #$%$ deserves Imo.
First Guard combined ratios below 80.1% for 3 years. That's printing profit money my friends. Try getting those kinds of margins in health care, or even software sectors.
Popeyes sells out for $12 per share gain. Will Steak N Shake also get some pin action bids ? How about our Cracker Barrel stores ? Restaurant rally ignited by Burger King digesting PLKI ?
I'm absolutely mind-blown by the incredible profit opportunities provided by TopMarket Galners.com - you need to check them out now!
Is big getting ready to sell off SNS after loading it up with debt?
24 meals under $4. Are sales hurting ? See the SNS twitter feed.
Biglari sold stock in AIRT. AIRT announced that it bought back its shares from Biglari for about $8,000,000. Sardar lucked out.
Buyback limit price has been lowered to $400. It was $420. But maybe the $400 was just because the market was weak ?
Anyone see the CAW 13d ?. Looks like he switched the CAW position back to BH for no explicable reason.
But we can be sure its for HIS pocketbook, not ours. If a payday is ever on the horizon, I'm sure he would switch it back so he could collect his 25%.
Looks like Sardars limit order was $420. Common Stock, stated value $0.05 per share 06/01/2016 P (1) 1,051 A $ 415.1 (2)

4. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $416.85 to $420.00. The reporting persons undertake to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price within the range set forth in this footnote (4).
Form 4. Appears that the new 68,000 share buyback is going to be metered out at the same rate as the 24,000 share buy back earlier this year. Starting May 24, 1025 shares were purchased followed the next two days with 1050, and 1051 shares. The 24,000 shares were bought over 22 business days, or roughly 1,000 shares per day. The first four days of the first buyback didn't have much impact on the market price, increasing from $326 to $330 per share; this time the first four days have helped propel prices from $360 to near $400. Of course other market forces may be at work, however the 1,000 shares per day account for about one-sixth of all traded volume both last time, and this time as well.
The first plan was for 24,000 shares. This time its 68,000. The first time, he bought at ever increasing prices starting at 327.65 to 389.74. I think there was 1 final trade that wasn't disclosed.
So its reasonable to think his buying could take it higher again. How high is the question.
The first one lasted a month. This one should last nearly 3 months.
I didn't do the math and get an average cost, maybe someone else will.
