Moody's says Dun & Bradstreet's upsizing of term loan to partially fund acquisition does not affect ratings

Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") said that The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation's ("DNB") plans to fund $300 million of the approximately $818 million (based on the USD-SEK exchange rate at signing) total purchase price for its recently announced Bisnode Business Information Group AB ("Bisnode") acquisition with an upsizing of DNB's existing term loan, rather than revolver borrowings (as previously anticipated), does not meaningfully impact the company's credit quality. Accordingly, the issuer's B2 corporate family rating ("CFR") and stable outlook are not affected. All other ratings, including the B2-PD probability of default rating ("PDR"), the B1 rating on DNB's senior secured bank facility and senior secured notes, the Caa1 rating on the company's senior unsecured notes, and the SGL-2 speculative grade liquidity ("SGL") rating also remain unchanged.
