Below is a snip from the Endorsement on Sept 18...operations will be maintained, allows for continued use of licences and keeps most employed...not sure if that means the stock will be kept alive or what exactly...

"The transaction is the culmination of a stalking horse sales process approved by the court. The motion is
unopposed. The Monitor recommends and supports the transaction in its Fourth Report. In particular, the
Monitor states that the proposed transaction is economically superior to the estimated liquidation value
of the Beleave Group’s assets and operations, will allow the Purchaser to maintain operations and use of
the Cannabis licenses and will provide for continued employment for a majority of the existing
    employees."

By the looks of it, the deal should be approved tomorrow and then November 30 everything should be done. Looks like no value left for shareholders.

Just had a great conversation with Kevin Keagan about Beleave's future and their strategy moving forward. Sounds like they've got a few things in the works including finalizing the sale of the London facility & the Lloydminster store, which will help them tremendously with paying off debt and completing the Hamilton expansion. Sales have been going well and they are expecting another order from B.C. soon along with their first order from Alberta. They currently have a million dollars of product ready to be shipped out and I was told that revenue will increase substantially next quarter. Kevin was kind enough to share some pics of the products that are ready to go, which I have included. I really got the sense that Beleave is finally on the right track to profitability and Kevin Keagan has, and continues to be a valuable asset for Beleave.

Beleave Commences Sales of Cannabis Oils for the Canadian Adult Use Market
Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - July 11, 2019) - Beleave Inc. (CSE: BE) (OTCQX: BLEVF) ("Beleave" or the "Company") today announced that it has commenced sales of the Company's cannabis oils for the Canadian adult use market, with product expected to hit store shelves early next week.
"Adding oils to our product line allows us to meet the needs of our customers in the Canadian adult use market," said Beleave CEO, Bill Panagiotakopoulos. "As our production capacity expands, we will continue to increase our investments and product offerings in the higher-margin, undersupplied, non-combustible market.
Beleave's high-quality cannabis oil is produced from a variety of strains grown by the cultivation team, including Ultra Sour, a particularly popular one for the Company. The oil is packaged in 30 ml bottles and provides 14.07 mg of THC per millilitre.
Beleave has focused on producing a variety of cannabis products to meet the needs of its diverse adult use clients. Until now, that meant growing a selection of different strains to ensure that clients find the one that they prefer and meets their needs. With its focus on oils, the Company is investing in the smokeless applications for cannabis products and continues to prepare for the expanded cannabis market later this year with research into tasteless, odourless dissolvable powders.
The first oil order was shipped to Wiid Boutique, a local brick and mortar retailer in Regina, Saskatchewan. The Company has several other sales agreements in progress and will update the market on its sales and distribution plans in future announcements.

    Hello Everyone,
First of all I would like to thank Kevin, Justin & all the people at Beleave's Hamilton facility for a fantastic & informative tour. I was very impressed with what is currently going on there & what there future plans are. They did let me take numerous pics of everything but I can't figure out how to post them , if someone knows how & can enlighten me I will try again. Here is some of the info I was able to regarding the questions everyone had.

    1) Hamilton facility currently has four 2,000 sq/ft rooms for cultivating. Each room is used for different stages of growth & they end up producing roughly 370,000g of product every 8 weeks.

    2) They have established an excellent relationship with the government & were actually one of the first LP's chosen to supply their product to the BC, Manitoba & Ontario.

    3) They are a top tier product for the provinces with their product in high demand & have currently never had any product refused by the provinces quality control dept.

    4) They have currently put roughly 6million into their 80,000sq/ft greenhouse expansion at the Hamilton location & are expecting final approval from city council to complete the project at the next council meeting scheduled for around the middle of March.

    5) They plan to finish the greenhouse in Hamilton & London simultaneously over the next few months & are conservatively expecting product from both facilities by September of this year.

    6) They are still waiting on final licensing from Germany before starting to export & will outsource additional product if necessary to keep up with current demand until their new facilities come online.

    7) There is currently no concrete plans with respect to retail stores through Rollins Group until the government issues more retail licenses.

    8) They are expecting at least a 250% increase in revenue for the latest quarter which will be released at the end of this month.

    9) They stated they should have an update regarding the South American deal coming out soon.

    10) They have plans to start selling clones in the near future.

    11) As for the 90 cannabis strains, apparently the government allows new facilities to initially bring as many strands as they want to start but after that they have to pay per strand, so, they have decided to bring all 90 strands at once to the London location & will decide from there which ones to produce.

As an investor with a good chunk of my retirement savings invested in Beleave I was growing concerned with the lack of share price movement & some questionable management decisions. I feel much more confident in the company & holding on to my stocks after yesterdays tour & talking with everyone from Hamilton facility. Imo once they get the two expansions finished their revenue is going to explode & so should the share price. They said they could sell 10x as much right now just don't have the production capabilities yet. When I compare them to other LP's with higher evaluations I'm amazed how undervalued they currently are. They have more licenses than almost any other LP out there, they only have a 50 mil market cap and their expansion plans are already funded. I'm hanging in for sure and I think everyone will be pleasantly surprised with the next ER. Hope this info helps anyone else trying to decide what to do.

Beleave is fully funded for annual 150,000 kg of cannabid flower production. They have their own medical clinics, oil sales, medical sales, rec sales, going for GMP certification, patent pending sugar solutions and yet their cap is around $50 million. Give me a break. They are so undervalued it's not even funny.
