Popular, Inc. (NASDAQ: BPOP) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.40 per share on its outstanding common stock. The dividend will be payable on July 1, 2020 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 2, 2020.
Popular processed $1.2 billion in loans in the two rounds of the SBA’s Paycheck Protection Program, helping 16,397 small and medium-sized businesses.

Popular, Inc. (NASDAQ: BPOP) announced today a change in the location of its 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the "Annual Meeting"). Due to the ongoing public health impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and in an effort to protect the health and well-being of Popular’s shareholders, directors, employees and communities, the Annual Meeting will be held solely by means of remote communication, in a virtual meeting format only.
