Am I missing something? BST vs. BSTZ - yes I know BSTZ is a time limited CEF (I believe it terminates in 9 years (2031) at NAV) but other than that BSTZ is paying a 9.7% dividend while BST is paying 8%- no brainer? or are there other differences?

The great thing about this CEF is that it holds mostly young, second string tech players. Yes, Tesla is its largest position, but, unlike BST, there is no MS, AMZN, AAPL, GOOG, FB, or NFLX in the portfolio. The younger, up-and-coming tech stocks in the portfolio (around 116 companies) include, Twilio, Lasertec, Kakao, Zoominfo, Shopify, Livongo, Snap, Delivery Hero, Square, Zscaler, and RingCentral. This helps to hedge the portfolio's value, because the federal government is now threatening more and more regulation of Big Tech. And, if just a few of BSTZ holdings end up scaling to actually become tech titans themselves, then the NAV and market price of this CEF will soar. And, Blackrock just raised the monthly distribution on BSTZ from $0.10 to $0.115.

I was looking at $BSTZ for my tech exposure, I still am. As someone that is not too tech savvy, can someone explain what Converge does and if it would be a good 5, 10, 20 year hold ? I don't mean to be an ask-hole, I plan on doing DD but I'm at work right now. Hopefully after some DD, I will be able to contribute to this board .

Michael Foster a contributor of investing for Forbes wrote an article today of a 300% upside in BSTZ. I am looking for safe high yield places to park money. This has no history so I am skeptical. Will watch this one though, and possibly buy a few 100 shares.
