It's as if the earnings from last quarter never happened...

These are blowout numbers, first time in a very long time. They hit 14 cents in EPS (versus an estimate of 5), plus their normalized revenues are already ahead of next quarter’s estimate. Plus gross margins at 42.5%, big jump. It has been a long time since the stock went up after earnings, but I suspect this is going to be one of those times. Could be a real turning point...

Excellent to see things booming at CAMP. CAMP has earned +$0.14 per share net profit for the quarter. This is 3X nearly of the $0.05 analysts' consensus projection.
The +22% climb today in the stock is just the start. We could easily see $19 per share this quarter.
    Bullish

Looking forward to seeing if the Right-To-Repair bills for farmers will be a positive or negative for CAMP?.

I heard that the bill would unlock software, and allow farmers and independent mechanic shops to make the same repairs as dealers.

    Take care Everyone.

Longs are strong, this takes me back to the LoJack Purchase Days (Analyst finally congratulating executives for quarter), this stock should be higher! Many of the long-timers know that management is finally beginning to prove themselves. The Call was legit, professional, and confident. Now with world trade opening up, hopefully we can get a few companies to compete on price for the components'. Volume is up. The "Heavy Hitters" big leaguers might just get a bit interested, however when they sell, we will fill the gap. Take Care All.

SaaS revenues run rate is getting close to around $150mm — doesn’t the market usually give a very high multiple of sales on that for valuation? Even if it only gets, say, a 3x multiple, doesn’t that get you a valuation of $450mm? But that means the telematics division, whose revenue grew sequentially and is turning a corner, has negative value. Am I understanding that correctly? Something is way off with the valuation here in light of these earnings...

Just read the transcript, this company is doing well. Looks they finally have it figured it out, too bad on the component parts front. But that will improve over time. The stock should be in the $17-18 range based on the results and prospects, especially as we pull out of COVID.

CAMP BEATS ON Q4 EARNINGS AND MISSES ON Q4 Rev's: Overall Very positive quarter: Cant wait for the CC!
Consolidated revenue for the fourth quarter was $84.4 million, down 11% year-over-year due to lingering supply chain challenges coupled with a decline in Telematics Systems product sales.
GAAP net income for the fourth quarter was $11.3 million or $0.33 per diluted share principally due to the reversal of a contingent reserve on the Omega patent infringement claim, offset by a restructuring charge for severance and employee related costs.
Adjusted basis net income for the fourth quarter was $9.4 million or $0.28 per diluted share.
Operating cash flow for fiscal 2019 was $47.7 million, with Adjusted EBITDA of $48.2 million and Adjusted EBITDA margin of 13%.

    Awesome Q glad they didn't fire Burdiek ! :-) Earning beat of 3 pennies .12 vs .09
First Quarter Fiscal 2020 Financial Highlights

Consolidated revenue for the first quarter was $89.1 million, down 6% year-over-year due to a decline in Telematics Systems product sales and up 6% sequentially due to increased subscription revenue.
Software and Subscriptions Services revenue for the first quarter increased 38% year-over-year to $25.5 million, or 29% of consolidated revenue driven by recent acquisitions coupled with CalAmp iOn fleet management and LoJack® subscription services.
Telematics Systems revenue for the first quarter was $63.6 million, down 17% year-over-year as expected, principally due to a decline in MRM Telematics and legacy LoJack Stolen Vehicle Recovery (SVR) product sales.
Worldwide subscribers increased to over 1.2 million with the recent acquisitions of Tracker (UK) (Tracker), Car Track (LoJack Mexico) and Synovia Solutions, further accelerating the transition to a global software and solutions provider.
GAAP net loss for the first quarter was $8.7 million, or $0.26 per share, reflecting non-recurring legal expenses and purchase accounting adjustments related to the recent acquisitions.
Adjusted basis non-GAAP net income for the first quarter was $4.2 million, or $0.12 per diluted share, at the high-end of guidance.
Operating cash outflow for the first quarter was $5.6 million, with Adjusted EBITDA of $7.6 million and Adjusted EBITDA margin of 8%, in line with guidance.

Can't believe no one is taking notice of this Synovia Solutions acquisition. Camp revenue will be coming in at $125 million per quarter, so we have a half billion dollar company trading at these levels? Camp is more fairly valued at $25 a share. Great buying opportunity today before other investors start waking up.

CAMP's volume has been a bit low on a consistent basis lately. I just saw that the analyst for SWIR revised to a $20???? If any of you recall CAMP and SWIR were valued similarly. Can anyone let us know why our analysts haven't raised CAMP's prospects. (Our thoughts: Free Trade Expansion (Sales & Lower Costs), Covid-19 Bus Fleet, Packaging Storage/Tracking, Increased Fleet Use, DEER Earnings surprise, Value Rotation, and ETF's) Please inform me before we own more stock than Wolf+ Gartner & BlackRock combined. (We buy on the down days) :) Take Care All!

Excellent quartly financial update. More cash and profit rolls in for CAMP. It is very undervalued.

Beat estimates in 4 of the 4 most recent quarters. CAMP has excellent profits rolling it. CAMP is bringing in over $20 million in net income per year. Excellent balance sheet.
