If you were to think buyout, the dream of $20-25 is not gonna happen. But I think something in the $12-13 range would be very appealing to a buyer who could capture 40% gross margins and then hire more competent management so that Jeff could focus more of his time watching reruns of Matlock.

    Buried in debt, declining
    Revenues, hasn't produced
    a GAAP profit in years.

And they all got their annual raises.

    I guess Yahoo doesn't like
My analysis of Gardner receiving 1% of of the company's MARKET CAPITALIZATION EVERY 12 MONTHS AS PART OF HIS PAY PACKAGE after destroying the company.

    Yahoo apparently took it down.

For a CEO TO RECEIVE 1% OF SALES FOR DESTROYING A COMPANY
    IS EXTRODINARY.

CAN ANYONE NAME OR IDENTIFY A SUCCESSFUL COMPANY THAT PAYS 1%
    OF SALES TO THEIR CEO?
    THAT PAYS A

I just received my proxy vote material. I know my vote won't really count for much but it sure felt good to vote against everything. Wouldn't it be great if for once the institutions did the same? Wait until you see numbers 3 and 4. It takes enormous gall to even ask something like that.

It Is unlikely Gardner will ever voluntarily walk away from a $3 million a year
    Pay Package.

    That's $8,219 per Day 24/7, or, $327 per hour
    Every hour of the year.

    Would you?

Boy was I wrong. I thought that -30% off of the recent $7.18 close was going to be the limit. Now it is a strong 40% loss

We just hit a NEW 52 week low at $4.51 per share.

    Jeff Gardner could care less.

    He is paid approximately
$327 per hour every hour of the year.

Two new news items for Camp today, They both look like good news to me.

    Cool Hand
While you sell, or intend to, insiders are buying shares, at a discount open market. Big purchases too. I like the outlook for CalAmp and so do many insiders including B. Riley Asset Management the end of June 2022, over 300k shares. No one is selling, so it’s the markets and small lots.

    Just what we need!

Jeff Gardner providing yet another incoherent
Public appearance, while destroying even more
    Shareholder value.

Hey Yahoo, please listen to the lunacy and subsequent
    Decline in Shareholder
    Value.

Look at the 5-year chart of this company, and think about how much money the C-suite and Board have pocketed in that same time frame. I suspect Gardner et al sleep pretty well at night, on fancy mattresses at any one of their homes, but it's pathological that they might think they "earned" it. This is some late stage capitalism here - let us eat cake.

    Starting tomorrow morning
Shareholders need to construct a list of the largest institutions owning
    Shares of the company.

Smaller shareholders like ourselves need to ask the leaders of the various investment houses to join us in our EFFORT TO HAVE JEFF GARDNER REMOVED AS CEO.

The BOD needs to join us with a vote of NO CONFIDENCE, and the large
Institutions need to be specific in their desires for removal.

Once a transitional CEO is selected, a Forensic review of all Financials, payable and expenses, and all renumeration pkgs will be undertaken.

The CEO of today's camp is a $750k to $1 M per year
Job, with enhancements and bonuses only for success. If in fact Jeff Garner's current pkg pays
approxmately $3 million a year ($8,300 everyday of the year), this is obscene.

Another 5.5% of the entire value of the company has evaporated in the first hour of trading.

Meanwhile Jeff Dog is busy at CAMP'S headquarters
In the High Rent District in Irvine, Ca (image is important to JD), plotting his next move.

He will ultimately decide that CAMP needs to Hire more employees, etc.

BTW have you seen the starting salaries for the new hires, the BOD?

MAYBE THEY SHOULD FOCUS ON RESULTS FIRST!

Oh yeah, as usual," hope springs eternal", then the harsh facts are released, and, poof, once again, shear disappointment is upon us. yet one more time.
