Caterpillar has named Suzette M. Long as general counsel and corporate secretary, according to a news release . Long, who has been the interim leader of the Illinois-based company’s Law and Public Policy group since February, will oversee Caterpillar’s Legal Services Division and Global Government and Corporate Affairs Division in her new role. Long has 18 years of legal experience, including 12 years in various Caterpillar (CAT) legal roles, per the release.
