NuCera is Gombe accretive for CCF immediately
Efficiency on a financial basis is going to improve
Sales per employee on the combined entity will be higher
Profit margins will also be higher immediately
Probable dividend increase to show confidence in the acquisition and

kind of surprising to see stock go up after earnings release. at best it seemed to me that the jury is out on how they year will be. what were investors expecting and why?

seeking alpha like this message board had no comments on the results. Like so many companies they are attributing some drop in eps to price increases lagging cost increases, and lead times impacting sales.

I am looking a this company is not bad but I will not buy it until it reach down to 85 becouse then I see bigger value. Upside is little limited and I want them to Buyback shares becouse there is nothing special going on. Safe play

The dividend increase would have been better at .07 than .05.
That said looks like CCF has been able to take some costs out their acquisitions.
Still positive on CCF, very consistent long term.

definitely on a decline, Dimon is a tight #$%$, I see back to 60-70 soon, dump while you can, financials or Banks are not safe right now ,plenty others out there...don't end up chasing your money on this one , the of guys fall as easy as the little, Dimon think she is invincible, lol, see ya on the red side!

The stock is overpriced at 15 times EV/EBITDA, could trade at half of that. Earnings next week should be interesting.
