looks like richard's post was closer to truth than i had givin him credit for. just read following artticle - www.reuters.com/article/us-coal-climatechange-kemp/c - on Reuters that kinda tracks richards thoughts on coals future. this is not the way i wanted to start off my weekend. guess sometime reality gets in the way. i dont care how many pie in sky news story's they put out, we can';t seem to even get stock back to ten cents, much less ten dollars. depressing
Being a financial consultant, a new neighbor recently touted this stock to me. This company and their product makes no sense. U.S. energy policy and environmental reg's have nicked coal industry but that's not the real story of why the coal industry and the use of coal for power generation are both in a death spiral. (1) Natural gas is a cheaper feed stock than coal. (2) While it's still a "dirty" fuel it produces half the CO2 a coal-fired power plant produces. (3) The cost of a CCGT plant is 40% to 55% less than a comparable coal-fired power plant and, (4) it can be built in half the time. Thanks to fracking, the U.S. has an abundance of gas reserves that will last well into the future - making for a stable commodity price. So my question is why would anybody invest in any company whose future well being is chained to a dying market. It's too late for my neighbor - his stock is so far underwater that it will never resurface to see the light of day. For me, I think I'll look for an investment that actually has an upside profit potential. While these posts are usually populated by investors, I thought it best to let you know that my post was made at the behest of my neighbor.
Richard has good points and I agree that coal is less competitive on a macro level; despite that I'm taking a gamble on the chance that the coal producers will find this technology attractive enough for one last good buff of the cigar before it goes out
GOOD news always follows the reverse jinx ...someone badmouths something, something positive happens ...

the sun isn’t free. To convert thermal energy into a practical format requires tons of money, labor and resources. Because the process is so inefficient, it’s difficult to get ahead. Until First Solar can figure that mess out — and they can’t because of physics — I’m staying away from solar stocks.
the garbage is breaching to downside: the great WD Gann Rule: Those who were buying at new highs are now vomiting it out at new lows...never buy a stock cause its low cause it can go lower, The Great Gann Again. cctc is a gann Rule Stock all the way
Will CCTC be here? Looks like it maybe in the works A)" Coal producers hoping to capitalize on the project must demonstrate technical success at a small-scale pilot stage."
been there done that
B)"Companies must also meet a handful of requirements before gaining access to the programs – the DOE will determine if the project is feasible for the selected company, then will go to a design stage. If the first two stages are completed, then money will go toward constructing and operating new facilities"
Seems like Robin said something to this kind involvement too in last webcast. As Kewit on site tweaking then designing commercial plant. What with DOE doing studies on the pilot plant, and Govt coming to visit and humm? Interesting to say the least. Might not be a coincidence. CTCC has been looked at as a front end to a coal fired plant? Maybe yes.
Clean Coal Technologies is a New York-based company with big plans for the Wyoming coal industry. Clean Coal Technologies officers say they plan to build several plants here.
Anybody here already knows this but for new people here is a timeline
Pristine-M. Construction of the coal testing plant in Oklahoma was completed and testing of the plant commenced in December 2015 and ran through April 2016. As at June 30, 2017 this process was successfully tested with more than 20 test runs completed. This process successfully dehydrated coal by in excess of 80% and increased the BTU output of the coal by 25%. The processed coal was stable dust free. Following specific requests by the US government and US and International clients the company has agreed to restart the facility at the AES location and run additional tests. These tests will commence in August 2017 and run through October 2017
Business Outlook · Jindal Steel & Power expected to contract first commercial plant in the fourth quarter 2017. Given the successful testing the company is currently in discussions with Jindal. A visit to the test facility when the company restarts in September 2017 is being scheduled with Jindal. In July 2017 the company engaged in a license agreement with Wyoming New Energy. The terms of the agreement is to license 2 million tons of coal per annum. The license agreement will be signed upon the completion of the design of a commercial unit by Kiewit, our EPC contractor, expected in November 2017. The company will receive an upfront license fee and a royalty payment from Wyoming New Energy upon signing of the agreement. · Several multinational corporations have undertaken due diligence on our processes and have visited the coal testing plant in Oklahoma and witnessed it processing coal. Discussions are underway with these corporations to move towards commercialization. In addition to these visits several other clients are scheduling visits to the facility in September 2017 when the test facility is fully operational. These clients are US clients and International clients. As at August 2017, these International clients will come from Taiwan, India, Ukraine and Russia. · Visits are being scheduled by the DOE and the US government to the test facility in September 2017. As at August 2017, there is a technical review underway by the US government assessing our technology and how it can facilitate the rejuvenation of coal in the US. The environmental focus on coal dust pollution has driven rail companies and coal mines to focus on addressing this issue. The end processed product using Pristine M produces a dust free stable product. This provides a more attractive coal product to transport both on land and via marine ports.
the longer it bases, the more bullish it gets if u see lift off on massive volume you will know, if break is to downside, this pig is done... esp after all this time sideways
"Judgement Against Clean Coal Technologies Inc (CCTC) Overturned By Florida Judge, Denying All Plaintiffs Claims and Determining No Liability" - More good news! Maybe now the stock price will rise a little?
Has anyone here ever toured the Oklahoma facility ?
TMS acquires 16m shares? The 13D will tell more.

Working out, or overcoming the Square of Distance, $1.09 hi means 109 days, weeks, or Months to balance, hegiht will be proportional to the width of the base, the longer sideways, always better, im a technician, they can wreck it with stock issuanes or reverse split, when volume really fries up down low, u will know..
Well it has been awhile and now CCTC going forward to start in Sept. and so may - The state Department of Ecology says it will decide by September whether to issue a water quality certification for the proposed Longview coal dock. So we could have a coal dock and a plant running before the end of the year perhaps. With carbon capture and sequester out of the way with Southern Co. abandoning their project, looks as though CCTC is the only real chance for coal export. See a breakout happening. We got through .12 finally. So I'll see you end Sept. GLTA Setting a price target well over a dollar by then.
Don't pay any attention to o, he is a paid basher and will lie and cheat to get you to sell your shares. o....are you proud of what you do for a living?
