    No question the stock is in play because it WILL be purchased by some smart real estate people and at $30.00 a share you could not replace these Shopping centers from scratch.

    The combination with another shopping center group will save the purchaser a meaningful amount of
    money flowing directly to the bottom line money. and with the depreciation will provide a lot of tax free money to the shareholders.

    The best result is someone taking it PRIVATE borrowing at a long term low interest rate to replace existing This Will be taken over at no less than $30 a share and loans based on say capital of partners like an Apollo, KKR etc. can take it private.

    With new depreciation schedule the cash flow if combined with an existing RE company in the same field will
    generate major tax free cash return.

    Any private group can get up 350 million dollars!

    The stock looks like its in play. Given the small size and geographical location of the property, there's bound to be a big pool of potential buyers. Any news or rumors out there? I say $30/share is a good number.

    I have been telling everyone to checkout this small shopping center REIT.

    The book value of the centers is very low for the novices who do not understand the why , which is because of deprecation of the buildings and improvements.

    Shopping centers anchored by food stores create traffic and are solid tenants. Ingles markets is an example of a Company with food stores and just happens to own at least 50% of their centers, and the stock like Krogers may be up in value at least 50% this year.

    The Cedar Board in now looking for a buyer of the Company and they even previously indicated they thought the share value was as much as $25.00. Look also to the members of the Board and their relationships.

    If you own the stock you should be rewarded, I say buy more but hold what you own and do not take a short profit.

    real value considering the cost of properties versus what carried on the books after depreciation at

    Just requires a real estate operator to throw a lifeline ...get rid of non productive shopping centers

    If it just goes up in price from the close to >99 cents that is an increase of 25cents....do the math a 33% increase.

    Think of this stock as an option with no end date...and it declared a 1 cent dividend ...MEANING it is staying in business and will not violate any of its lending covenants.

    An investment is better than buying a lottery ticket and with Las Vegas closed tell me of a better gamble !
    and the project in Philadelphia is .....like a "Hudson Yards "

    CDR owns essential grocery and big box OPEN strip plazas located in Northeast which now has the least Covid issues in the country and the best this stock can do is be valued at a buck per share???

    Management is taking prudent actions to preserve the integrity of the company. Increasing the liquidity by drawing on the credit line, reducing the dividend to $0.01, and curtailing capital projects are standard measures to take during times of economic stress. The one cent dividend on common implies they intend to maintain the preferred dividend as a common dividend cannot cannot be paid without first satisfying the requirements of the preferred and debt holders.

    A steal at this price anywhere under $1 Making a slow recovery but is steady in it,s rise back up to over $1 ,This is one reit that will actually recover to the $1.50 price over time and is a hold if you own it!

    Grocery Anchored REITS are a great investment now. Undervalued with little chance of failure. Remember CDR collected 88% of their rent in June so not that bad at all. They paid a small dividend so have FCF.

And it took Camac Partners to tell us?????? Come on Bruce, just when I was starting to buy your "candor". I've seen this BS happen at so many companies. Check your 5yr stock chart Bruce. You had your chance, it's time to go. You know where my vote is going. P.S. Try to refrain from a standstill agreement, you're just burning time for yourself.
