Why sell anything with a safe 8% dividend? Well I have been buying and will continue to do so.

Is it correct that this stock pays .05/share monthly dividend ?

    If I bought 1000 shares I would be getting $50/month dividend ?

Could someone confirm or clarify ?

The exiting news is that Chemtrade will be the Green Energy stock that funds will flock to purchase for Hydrogen Fuel cells manufacturing and distribution. I guess that part of the bought deal is going to fund the expansion. Hydra Energy Partners is joining forces with a Chemtrade plant in British Columbia to offer commercial truck fleets access to hydrogen at a lower price than diesel.
Hydra is offering the fuel as a service, and is responsible for capturing, cleaning, and compressing the hydrogen for fuel cell-powered vehicles. It also says it will install hydrogen-diesel conversion kits for existing trucks at no cost to fleets. The project is scheduled to break ground this year, with fueling to begin in 2022.

I've got 4800 shares @ $7.15. Wish I had more capital to average down. You think it will hit above that anytime soon?

I am still not sure of what the reason for the trade was but if (as posted on this board) it was a share offering then the company will likely have a sound financial situation now. That would likely mean that our nice dividend is good without worry. Additionally oil is up again as well. I bought more. Live Long and Prosper.

CHE.UN is a good stock but there are others out there that have a good high dividend too.
    Enbridge is at 7%.
    Food for thought.

I would believe the bought deal is a good thing. First it proves $7.15 is a price accepted by big banks. Second, it is a brilliant way to get rid off huge debt burden to save very high interest cost. It will lay a good foundation to increase the dividend in the future. Third it shows the company is confident on business to absorb extra dividend on new issued shares.
