A bit of a perfect storm which CHWY will benefit,

Inflation accelerating, labor cost rising and lots of people relocating, it gets very hard for traditional retail (Brick & Mortar) to cut cost versus online competitors. It's equally hard for them to chase their customers wherever they end up moving too. There is a huge migration (People with MONEY) moving to more remote or suburban areas given they can telework. It's hard for brick and mortar to follow those customers as fast as they are moving. Sure CHWY will have shipping and some labor challenges, but nothing like traditional stores that have huge staffing cost, local taxes, power, store maintenance, building new stores, etc. CHWY could care less if their customers move to a new town.... Their business follows them wherever they go.

There is a reason Amazon is a "disrupt-or" and right or wrong a killer of traditional retail. Books-a-Million comes to mind.

CHWY with 32% Rev/Profit growth, 70% of their customers/business on AutoPay, $400M debt, but $640M cash, $210M Operating Cash and EBITDA hooking positive is in the drivers seat now.

We are near break out territory now as we have consolidated between $70ish and $87. If we break cleanly above this to $90 it's a bang bang rally to $100+. 200 day and 50 day Moving Averages are turning positive and if the 50day crosses over the top of the 200.... Massively bullish. And we are close to that point.

This stock is poised to have a great year. Pet E commerce has become the norm under the pandemic. Customers will stick around because of the convenience of having food delivered to the house.

Options expiring = putting the squeeze on the open call interest in the $80 range, things should stabilize after today & head back on the up trend.

    $BARK conversation
After its IPO $CHWY went from circa $38 to low $20s. Now it's in $80 th. $Bark is going through the same path. After its first earnings report, Bark will find its path. Be patient. Original Barkbox is a great company. It is just matter of time and earnings.
