    I limit ordered Wed. at $17.75. I think I caught the bottom of this small decline. Love the Dividend.

    In order to hit analysts expectations, there needs to be about a 30%+ correction in the current real estate market. This is how this business works and why it won't go out of business. They approach people to invest in their LLC's to buy run down apartment complexes in run down areas, that are about to get a facelift by the city. (ie. a New Kaiser Permanente and Metro Rail line in Baldwin Park, CA) Then they rennovate or bulldoze and build new Condo's in the area. As soon as the Buildings are complete and the first few sales come in, The investors get a 25% turn around on their investment, when all Condo's have sold, then the Investors get their initial investment funds back with an additional 25%. They do this all over the country. Its how Donald Trump has over 500 LLC's, same loop holes in purchasing multiple properties to be able to turn a profit faster. However, with property values increasing so much, it takes longer to raise enough capitol to start their projects, which means that their estimates will keep getting missed. This is why I said they need a 30% correction int he market.

    Not a bad time to add more shares. A miss on analyst projections of .08 doesn't justify this selloff put the past years run up may ! I just bought more and like the future with CIM

    Considering the magnitude of this sell-off, unless you have already sold higher for a profit, CIM is now nearing a BUY.
    Do not be a lemming and succumb to market sales forces ..... simply begin to buy in stages. The fundamentals of CIM's
    portfolio and management's strategy is still sound.
    Buy MORE if it dips further
