Moody's Investors Service has today assigned a (P)A3 rating to AGI Finance Pty Limited's ("AGIF") inaugural proposed senior secured MTN programme. The rating assumes the high likelihood of implementation of the proposed restructure of Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holdings Ltd's ("CKI") existing Australian gas network businesses - with the exception of Australian Gas Networks Limited (A3 stable) -- pursuant to which AGIF will issue all new debt on behalf of an obligor group comprising Multinet Gas ("Multinet", for which Energy Partnership (Gas) Pty Limited is the financing arm), DBNGP (DBNGP Finance Co Pty Ltd) and AGI Developments ("obligor group"). As a consequence, the (P)A3 programme rating reflects Moody's expectation that the underlying documents will be executed in a form that is consistent with the drafts viewed by Moody's, and that notes issued under the programme will be issued on consistent terms and conditions.
Moody's Investors Service has today assigned a (P)A3 backed rating to Energy Partnership (Gas) Pty Limited's ("EPG") existing senior unsecured MTN programme, and an A3 rating to its existing backed senior unsecured notes. EPG is the financing arm of Multinet Gas, which owns and operates a regulated gas distribution network in Victoria serving over 705,000 customers in the predominantly residential eastern and southern suburbs of Melbourne. The A3 rating reflects Multinet's standalone credit profile, and further recognises the high likelihood of the successful implementation of the proposed restructure of Cheung Kong Infrastructure Holdings Ltd's ("CKI") existing Australian gas network businesses (with the exception of Australian Gas Networks Limited (A3 stable)).
Moody's Investors Service has today placed DBNGP Finance Co Pty Ltd's ("DBNGP Finance") (P)Baa2 backed senior secured MTN program rating on review for upgrade. DBNGP Finance is the financing vehicle for, and wholly owned by, the DBNGP Trust. DBNGP Trust's subsidiaries own and operates the Dampier to Bunbury Natural Gas Pipeline, the main transmission pipeline in Western Australia ("WA").
