Crazy volume and price action with no news is both great and concerning as $ZIM has gained 150% since late Jan IPO day when I got in at $12.

Sold my position today @ $30 and will look for pullback to re-enter and added to $CMRE & $NMM. Still holding $DAC.

Q1/2021 Shipping rate are even higher than Q4/2020.
The possibility that CMRE will raise Dividends are quite high.
I think the insider is OK since insider owns majority of the shares.

I just like this stock. Treated me well so far the past year. Let’s see about the future.

John I wouldn't worry if they can't clear the Suze canal charter rates will go through the roof

New 52 week high! Looking for a run to the $15-20 range.

The entire shipping sector is on fire right now. Costamare, despite better fundamentals than most, is rising more slowly. Once it gets above the 1 year high of $9.61, I think it will fly.

Have 1000 shares and purchased 35 April in the money 9s at 1.61 down $328 so far, think it will be good by end of day.

Think where this will jump too if they announce a dividend increase! I’d love to see an increase to .12c.

So now the big question is what will it take for the dividend to be raised? The financials look to be in a good place. Rates and contracts are getting stronger. The share price is improving. Even a small increase, say .12c/qtr is a great start.

Can $DAC actually hold today's gain into the close? $ZIM seems to suffer from similar late session fade as does $CMRE.

Slow but stead wins the race. Q4 a bit disappointing as it only met expectations. The renegotiated long-term contracts will assure profitability for several years and take some of risk out of an ordinarily cyclical industry.

It's a win on a softer quarter. The good news are the 10 ships coming on for today's rates over the span of this year. Hope the market can see the positive but for some reason, I doubt it.

You got to consider that they haven’t really had a full quarter at these new charter rates. Q1 and Q2 will give a better projection of what is to come.

From the call - capital allocation priorities are 1) vessel acquisitions 2) redeem preferred 3) dividends - they did take care to mention (twice) that these were board decisions not management decisions. Good call i suppose. The business is all about long term chartering with first tier carriers. I dont see it as a “cyclical container investment stock”...more a long term thing.

I will start by saying i am VERY new to the stock...but i expected better numbers. I guess this means i dont know what to expect or dont understand the business and revenue drivers as well as i thought i did. Listening to tomorrows call should help. With all the news i read between nov and dec on sky high container rates, i thought more of that would be reflected in costamare’s q4 financials. Meh
