It operates through five segments: Property Funds Management, Developments, Investment Bonds Management, Co-Investments, and Corporate. The Property Funds Management segment manages listed and unlisted property funds. The Developments segment engages in the completion of structured property developments for the commercial office, industrial, health, affordable housing, and residential mixed use properties. The Investment Bonds Management segment manages benefit funds, which include a range of financial products, such as single and multi-premium investments. The Co-Investments segment holds interest in property funds and other liquid investments, as well as properties held for development. The Corporate segment manages reverse mortgage lending portfolio.
