@c Here is one of the things that bothered me from the company’s prospectus because it leaves the stock vulnerable to insider manipulation:
We are a foreign private issuer within the meaning of the rules under the Exchange Act, and as such we are exempt from certain provisions applicable to United States domestic public companies. Because we qualify as a foreign private issuer under the Exchange Act, we are exempt from certain provisions of the securities rules and regulations in the United States that are applicable to U.S. domestic issuers, including:
• the rules under the Exchange Act requiring the filing with the SEC of quarterly reports on Form 10-Q or current reports on Form 8-K;
• the sections of the Exchange Act regulating the solicitation of proxies, consents, or authorizations in respect of a security registered under the Exchange Act;
• the sections of the Exchange Act requiring insiders to file public reports of their share ownership and trading activities and liability for insiders who profit from trades made in a short period of time; and
• the selective disclosure rules by issuers of material nonpublic information under Regulation FD.

the virus helped online english study for kids in China, epseially for kids in smaller cities and countryside.
They demonstrated their model is scalable and will break even soon.
They employ over 20,000 Philipino teahers who have good spoken english and much more cost effective than US and European teachers. Since most Chinese parents dont speak good english, there is a strong needs. This is more like home english teaching by parents at home in the US.
the market cap is till so small compared to the revenue. and its a public company. its amaing it raised over 1 billion US dollars before IPO. The market cap shoud grow much bigger, may be 3 billions i think in 2 years. I got in at 24, most people are concerned with market size. virus spread acceleratd online education in China and this really help COE to increase adoption and growth rate.

Tedu and Coe have demonstrated they have a scalable model to be profitable soon and large off line eduation leaders like Tal and Edu are stuck with off line and are lossing big money trying to be online. Yet they are far behind from online leader such as GSX. it s jjust begging for COE and TEDU. TEDU is in the procee getting its 2018 report in place by MBP autitor by 4/24, once the 2018 earning report is done, this stock wil be really taking off
