Incredible volume today at nearly 3M shares. AH price jumped to around the 52-week high. I wonder how much more upside there is, and what's driving all this volume. Harry? Sure glad I held.

Harry, this is how I look at my CPSH investment. Having been an investor since the late '90's I have watched the company for a long time. I've been frustrated at their inability to grow revenue and they seem to be stuck in the $20-24M range. I've made a lot of money on other stocks while CPSH languished for years with very little trading volume. The recent focus on high margin products versus winning every design they can has demonstrated their ability to improve margins, and maintain revenue. They've also showed that they can earn 15-20 cents EPS in the right environment. COVID has impacted their customers, but not CPSH's ability to produce product. I'm encouraged by the big increase in trading volume the past several months, and that CPSH has been "discovered" by the market. The S&P500 PE is at 36 currently and at that multiple and 15 cents per share CPSH could be worth $5.40 per share. At the CURRENT ttm EPS of 11 cents it's worth $3.96. With $22M in TTM annual revenue, CPS should be worth around 5 times that in a sale or $110M....that's $8.27 per share. Bottom line is I think CPSH is currently undervalued under around $3.50-4. That's why I'm hesitant to trade it under $2. I know it's volatile with the low 8M share float. I think CPSH is a well-run company and I visited their facility and met their staff who I believe are very capable. They have some very interesting technology which is great for many applications. I think the CEO may have been a bit too conservative over the years, but he's done a good job of navigating the company through tough times. I hope it pays off for everyone moving forward. Not sure where I'll decide to sell, but I'm currently holding a pretty large position.

So Harry, how did that plan to sell at $1.70s a week ago and get back in this week at $1.50 work out for ya? Looks to me like you missed out on a $.60+ "gift" (35%) just a week later. Yeah I know it could still drop back under $2 and possibly to $1.50, but maybe not. This stock has an extremely low float, and the average ownership price is increasing. Trading is for gamblers. I've left way too much on the table trying to play your game. Looks like you probably have too. Good luck getting back in.

Company announced on the CC They are likely to Win a New Contract with the Dept of Defense for Armor that will be Material to the company meaning in excess of 5% of total revenues They should know something by the end of the year thats less then 2 months from now just something to think about before you decide to sell out down here and they release that news later and this thing spikes on it would have been nice if they would have won that and been able to put it out with the earnings report
    Bullish

I’m really disappointed with th quarter’s revenue but profitability is still improving. 9 months with $1.2 million net profit is about $.09 per share or $.12 annually. That should get us to $2.50-3.50 per share. Looks like some can’t see the upside here.

Earnings next Wednesday. Q2 results a little disappointing. Any reason to think Q3 will be better? Economy seems to have improved from Q2 to Q3, so hopefully that'll be a tailwind.

Apart from hoping for not less than 4 cents per share EPS for upcoming earnings, I'm most hopeful for the company to tie in its AlSic solutions to actual or pending EV charging or EV wins. Progress towards a high voltage SiC power management solution or two would also be welcome. There's so much interest in that space in the market that it stands to reason that CPSH has to gaining some traction in that space.

Launch this weekend great news for CPSH. Marks a new era of collaboration between SpaceX & NASA. And CPSH sells products to SpaceX suppliers. From the Q&A during the recent CC:

"We also are not doing any direct business with SpaceX. We do make a number of products, which we sell into, let me call them, Tier 2 companies. And certainly, those companies are suppliers to SpaceX. So my own opinion is that most - I'm thinking of some very - some space qualified, high reliability, DC/DC converters, for which we make the housing. I think it's highly likely that somewhere in SpaceX, those are used, but we do not have any direct business with SpaceX."

Also CPSH has a product on the new Mars rover Perseverance, which is scheduled to launch in July. Hopefully we'll get a PR from the company when that happens.

I feel im the only one excited about this stock. Profitable company and supplier of components to the hot EV sector. I dont see any downside in owning some of this.

After many years, I have decided to sell. This company has done nothing in a long time. Now that I've sold, 2020 will probably be phenomenal. Best of luck.

Finally we might have the catalyst to jump-start sales growth. A new contract for $29M over two years is a great start. Revenue has been stuck at $15-20M for years. Their break-even point is somewhere just below $20M as far as my analysis shows, so these orders should lead them to profits again. Now they need to execute well and get the additional sales on the contract. We might see $2+ again in short order.
