CRF closed on 9-13 @ 14.535. The open on 9-14 was 14.32. Thus a gap was opened between the close and the next mornings opening price of .21cts between the two dates. This is a fairly large gap for CRF and gaps are most often filled within a short to a medium time frame. At some point in the future CRF price action will fill this gap and create a more stable price in that area or above.
Houtech, I can NOT find where you said the new divi announcement would be, was it Oct or Nov??? Can anybody fill me in???
so the r/o is over where to from here? with the portfolio of crf and the divvy this should be up now but @14.09 premkt with 1500 shares offered at this this price whats going on?????
any ideas on next years dividend?
The trading setup for CRF looks very enticing. This is so frustrating trying to find trade ideas. I've subscribed to some email newsletters which helps me with new stock ideas. awe-som*sto-cks is the one i like best.
In looking at this recent RO and the two in the last couple of years, I notice that there has been an increase in the number of shares purchased. Does anyone make anythiig of this?
Well I bought way too high, have lost hundreds. But I make a bit more than a hundred every month. Fell into a dividend trap, but it'll work itself out. According to cornerstone web site, nav is 12.42.
why the pop after hours?
what was the RO 's final price?
Is it time to buy yet? I’m tempted to get some here.
Well the 13's are here. So who is buying?
300 at 13.76
NAV IS 12.86 that should be posted in your trading account !! try reading the info they post with each stock... buying more and more and more ..... dollar cost avg ..its still better than negative rates a bank gives you , you put 100k in , and they give you back 90k ... #$%$ bizzaro world ...
lololol reminds me of 2008 , as whole world was selling , vultures like me buy, pennies on the dollar
this site is showing target price of 7.00 ...any comments
NO DIVIDEND CUT for 2017 Cornerstone Funds, people
With a yield in the 20% range and the need to fund operations and your monthly distribution thru periodic share offerings there is no question the long term trend for CRF is to the downside because of this pressure. Know why you are buying and understand the math between the yield/distribution and dilution of shares thru share offerings
Well CRF has hit the 13s won't be long before CLM joins in. Why does the management of these funds keep doing this to their stockholders every year? When you lose nearly $3 per share that .23 dividend doesn't look so good anymore.
CRF may be a compelling opportunity. Im not sure about you guys but awesom_sto-cks has provided me with some pretty good trade ideas. I messed up executing some of them but thats on me.
xcrfx $12.42 x107%=$13.28 Does this seem right if the RO ended today?
