Critical Solutions, Inc., through its subsidiary, White Door, Inc., manufactures and sells alternate powered systems in the United States. The company was incorporated in 2008 and is headquartered in Ashburn, Virginia. On June 4, 2013, an involuntary petition for liquidation under Chapter 7 was filed against Critical Solutions, Inc., in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. July 1, 2013, the involuntary petition was approved by the Court. Critical Solutions, Inc. is in liquidation.
