This is a HEMP stock,Not Pot ! CBD oils are hemp derivatives and are legal. It's just in need of FDA regulations to fully bring to market. Both political parties are in favor of fully implementing legislation once FDA sets guidelines

Just make sure that if you are feeling unsafe about taking CBD for its anti-inflammatory benefits, you can take ibuprofen instead. --Try not to mess up your liver, kidneys, gall bladder, reproductive system, and gut lining in the process.

I don't have scientific evidence, but I have lost weight while taking 10mg a day of CBD. I feel like it makes my metabolism more effecient.

Much talk lately from big tobacco companies about CBD and Nicotine. CVSI patent on the CBD and nicotine formulation might be a target for the big boys.

Ok, someone talk me off the ledge! I have been invested in CVSI since May of 2018, adding to my position as the price fell, due at the time to the FDA's statement immediately following national legalization of Hemp production. I currently own 75,000 shares at an average cost of 1.50 and have been a big believer in their scientific approach to this still very immature business. Lately, however, it seems that companies that have been manufacturing and selling CBD (I'm speaking of CWEB and CVSI) are being passed by many of these so called "bad actors" new to the category.
Today I went into a Food Lion, a grocery chain of 1,000 stores in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast; directly adjacent to the checkout belt was a very attractive locked glass display containing every type CBD imaginable. This display is obviously built and sold fully loaded; every product fit perfectly in the case. There were several brand names in this fixture, I remember FX and Ignite as well as some others. All these products are, however, produced by the same manufacturer ( I could tell by the UPCs).
So at a time where early entrants (CVSI and CWEB) are struggling with sagging sales and in somewhat of a holding pattern waiting for FDA guidance and regulation, companies by the hundreds are manufacturing and selling CBD in creative ways and in frankly, marketing their products better.
Food Lion would hardly be considered a leader in Innovative thinking, yet this display is now in their stores. At this juncture, I feel the only way CVSI gets back in 5-6 territory and beyond is with really creative marketing and that costs money. I like the ideas behind the new products but the days of being one of a very few competitors in this space is long gone. We need a marketing genius to compliment the Science!

" I'm in cash right now. Always another trade. Looking for a set up I like. If you check a daily chart, you'll see two things that are at X currents. First is Stoch, not in position. But that is fast. Then my other fav, MACD is and rising fast. Still below the 0-line. Top BBand is .55. At this rate, .64 is back in play. . Support now at .51 with the 5ma, 10 and the mid BBand all there. Now that is support. GL Things are just getting interesting again. Let this play out."
Still in cash waiting. 12 days out from that post and it's deja vu all over again. :) Hard to believe in stock land, but nothing has changed. Flat lined. Well, not nothing, check MACD. That has continued to move higher. Stoch went static. Looking for a set up that works. MACD is there for sure. I think the rest is all about the price now. If we can gain and hold .55, that works. So it's either .49 or .64. We need a lite for the fuse. Till then, take a chill pill and let it play out. GL

Wow, 7 out of 7 of my pot stocks green. Gotta love that. Don't be too bearish. I'm in cash right now. Always another trade. Looking for a set up I like. If you check a daily chart, you'll see two things that are at X currents. First is Stoch, not in position. But that is fast. Then my other fav, MACD is and rising fast. Very nice move up today. Still below the 0-line. We went a long way today to gaining big traction for higher prices. Top BBand is .55. At this rate, .64 is back in play. Why we watch. Every day is new. See what happens tomorrow. Support now at .51 with the 5ma, 10 and the mid BBand all there. Now that is support. GL Things are just getting interesting again. Let this play out.

They need to do a "lightning deal" or a "deal of the day" to drive consumer awareness.
