Good news from a competitor ( Jim Bernau, Founder/CEO of Willamette Valley Vineyards) : "Though we experienced a dry winter and warm summer, cooler temperatures came at the perfect moment to give our fruit longer hang time on the vine and allow for more flavor, aroma, color and tannin development. The cooler nights also help retain the natural acidities in the grapes to keep our wines fresh and balanced. With slightly below-average yields and no disease pressure this season, we have the makings of a very high-quality vintage." I wonder if nearby Archery Summit has experienced the same type of great harvest?

Today's annual meeting was excellent. But,......but, but but: Expect this year's harvest of grapes to be down from last year due to weather; covid related costs are significant; prime customers , namely, restaurants that serve wine at their meals, are down and nobody knows when they will reopen and when their customers will return when they do reopen; and most of all, shareholders need to be patient. That probably means that shareholders will likely be disappointed in the company's results until their patience is finally rewarded. When will that be? Not for awhile, maybe a long while. Good luck to all longs. Remember: be patient!

Slight;y more than 50% of the shares are held by about 5-6 entities/individuals. A poison pill has been put in place. Wonder what these two observations might suggest?
    Bullish

Wow, this company is totally off the radar... trading at $5 and change per share with more than $8 per share in tangible book? I am a buyer here. Not expecting miracles, but see limited downside from these levels...

Fires. Anybody in California, Oregon or Washington know if any of the wineries have suffered any fire or smoke damage?

Ok-so what's happening here? I can't remember when it's moved like this on so much volume.
