MONTERREY, Mexico, December 07, 2021--CEMEX was included in CDP´s ‘A List’ for its actions to cut emissions, mitigate climate risks and lead in the transition to a low-carbon economy.
Cement producer Cemex (NYSE: CX) and Tampa General Hospital Cancer Center of South Florida are moving into the Centrepark office complex in West Palm Beach. They are among four companies moving into the complex and eight that signed leases recently closed by Cushman & Wakefield commercial brokers Anthony Librizzi and Tara England on behalf of owner Colonnade Properties.
Cement producer Cemex USA will downsize its office space after selling its building in West Palm Beach for $13.4 million. The Mexico-based company (NYSE: CX) sold the 65,760-square-foot office complex at 1501 Belvedere Road to District Pointe LLC, a joint venture between Index Investment Group and West Palm Beach-based Verdex Construction. Cemex affiliate Rinker Materials constructed the building on the 4.85-acre site just west of downtown in 1983.
