There are 6.3M shorts, 118M float, today the shorts are squeezed. Shorts are very hardballs, I do not believe 3M shares now traded are just short covering at all. Many are new investment of increase position. I believe some shorts will increase their short position at this unbelievable high price. So we LONG has to consider holding Until the financial results will show positive. Whatever sentiment change now because of Title 42 etc. is NOT changing our fundamental as yet. The upgrades etc. represent sentiment change and foresight. I think the price will slow rise from here toward $20 in many months to come. Except for today, this will be a slow long holding. My guess, anyone's guess, we don't really know the public sentiment. But the fundamental will follow soon, now we have less debts, more profitable, and MORE revenue to come.

CXW is drifting higher by the days, even nothing will change for CXW at this moment, it seems the sentiment toward private prisons has been changing. Just from this is $8.5 to 11.5 a whopping 35% gain. Of course I will not lock in the gain, serious, the fundamental will change by EOY even not considering whether 2024 will belong to Dem/Rep .... then I would be happy to see $20 EOY. LOL. long. Strong allocation so far~!
