Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") today affirmed the Caa3 Corporate Family Rating (CFR) rating of CHS/Community Health Systems, Inc. ("Community"). Moody's also appended an "/LD" designation to Community's Caa3-PD Probability of Default Rating (PDR) to reflect a limited default resulting from its debt exchange.
