The Technical Report is available on SEDAR (www.sedar.com) and will be posted on the Company website shortly. The Technical Report was prepared in accordance with the requirements of National Instrument 43-101- Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”). Dorfner ANZAPLAN and its laboratory, based in Hirschau, Germany are accredited by the DAkkS-accreditation chamber, which is a signatory to the multilateral agreements of EA, ILAC and IAF for mutual recognition, meaning that analyses and testing by ANZAPLAN is internationally accepted. In addition, services by Dorfner ANZAPLAN are certified and approved by ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.

The sample was tested at the laboratory of the Sri Lanka Government’s Geological Survey and Mines Bureau. “These outstanding test results at 97.61% pure carbon futher confirm that our K1 site has virtually the purest naturally occurring graphite on the planet.” said Bharat Parashar, Chief Executive Officer.

(“Ceylon Graphite”) (CYL.V) (CYLYF) (CCY.F) is pleased to announce the discovery of two new large untapped natural graphite veins, one 28 cms wide at 66.8 meters and another 10 cm wide at 71.5 meters at its K1 site in the Karasnagala area in Sri Lanka. Ceylon Graphite now has 6 large sized veins at its K1site. The Company anticipates that there are additional similar sized or larger veins at lower depths and continues to actively pursue its aggressive exploration and production plans for the K1 site.
Ceylon Graphite Corp. (“Ceylon Graphite”) (CYL.V) (CYLYF) (FSE: CCY) is pleased to announce that it has received assay results of laboratory testing of graphite samples taken from the overburden of its exploration GRID no 23, under Exploration License No EL/222/R/2 in the Pasyala area in Sri Lanka. The laboratory testing was done by the Sri Lanka Government’s Geological Survey and Mines Bureau’s laboratory. Upon these material findings, the company is pleased to report it has signed three new land agreements under Exploration Licenses 222 and 224 and is accelerating its exploration, and commencing a drilling program on the recently added site(s) to determine an additional resource estimate, in addition to its currently verified ore holdings.
