There was once a person named Chad.
    Who chased every MBA fad.
    When the street “couldn’t digest”,
    He replied, “let’s divest”.
And the future became very sad.

the fall began upon the merger at $109 it seems DD is paying for hype to get investors to avg down. Would have to buy a ton of shares depending on your entry point. Dividends but I see very little success here as a winner. A terribly mismanaged company falling more then 50% in some places. So a winner? no

The dismal performance of DD stock is a reflection of what happens when a company hires people based on diversity instead of competence, in my opinion.

There once was a president named Joe.
Even reporters thought he was slow.
    When asked what he'd done
    Along with Hunter, his son.
He shook his head and said, "I don't know".

There once was a company that stood tall.
Great service and products - they had it all.
The competitors they shivered, as this company delivered,
But now we can just watch it fall.

After seeing the recent performances of the crypto market in these past few days, It's safe to say trading your coins would always amount to more profit than holding long term.
With trading you don't have to be worried because you can still profit either way the market goes. Glad I started day trading my coins with Valerie A. Holloway... It's been consistently profitable despite the market fluctuation.

There once was a Chairman named Ed.
Who rarely did what he said.
He promised the moon, but results would show soon.
All the BS the shareholders were fed!

There once was a "doctor" named Jill.
Who often acted as Joe's shill.
    When offered tacos for one,
    She replied, "I'll have some".
"It takes more than one for a meal".

There once was a symbol "DD",
Whose performance was in desperate need.
They thought they knew how, "Big Ed will make them 'WOW'"!
But in the end it was a just a joke - indeed!

There once was a company in W-VA,
Who polluted the ground with chemicals they say.
With dirt and “strong arms” they covered it up.
Meanwhile the nasties forever they stay.

There once was a CEO named Eddie.
Investors were fooled that he'd be steady.
The stock's been steady for sure.
    It smells like manure.
    Investors have suffered enough already.
