Watch this stock as I see a Sale and the other two cousins going into the toilet. Did we think it would run any better with the same management. Get out while you can

When are the investors going to wake up. Administration continues to throw money away on poor service offerings and run scared of sales team. Sell stock before it is too late. Stop hemorrhaging.

Two of my main Point-and-Figure tools are indicating tailwind for DFIN as the softwaresector's bullishpercent is in column of X and NYSE bullishpercent is also in column of X. That covers the 75% risk for this stock and the fundamentals seem ok as the company wrote off 40 mill $ of goodwill last year. In addition comes the recent news of a cooperation agreement.
    Bullish

Interesting proposal on page 8 of proxy. A shareholder proposed the company sell itself to highest bidder. I have to agree, could be worth $30 to Broadridge or another strategic buyer.

This stock has moved from $4.30 to $32 in little over one year. I doubt it will go much higher, but it's not going to crash any time soon. This company has moved from the dead printing sector to the financial services sector. With proper management, it could potentially soar.

DFIN cannot identify who they are as an organization. They are trying to sell to the street they are a technology company, they are far from being that. Sell off manufacturing sector and partner with a technology solution. Show the street you can adapt to the future or this company is done.

My point and figure calculation sets a target price just above $32, but it may go further up as C indicates.
    Bullish
