Snyder’s-Lance Inc. will go before Charlotte City Council Monday night to ask for incentives for a $38 million expansion and the addition of up to 130 jobs as recent acquisitions have boosted the company’s growth. Snyder’s-Lance (LNCE) qualifies for $631,166 in Charlotte incentives and a total of $1.9 million from Mecklenburg County, the state and the city. The other 30 new jobs go to the Ballantyne headquarters for the Charlotte-based snack food company, according to a Charlotte City Council agenda item.
