We took an initial position today at $16.68 Its now a race between LCA or GNOG and DMYT or RSI when combined. I see both issues at $25 and higher by the time they are both approved as a combined company
  • C
Breakout if this closes above $16.84 today.

The Company now expects revenues for the full year ending December 31, 2020 to be between $265 and $275 million, an increase at the midpoint of 20% from its prior guidance of $225 million. During fiscal 2019, the Company had revenue of $64 million. The revised guidance assumes professional and college sports calendars occur as currently planned.

    Don’t miss out

    Revenue through Q3:

    - $DKNG - 292m
    -$DMYT / Rushstreet - 178m
    - $LCA - (gross gaming revenue of 28.9m in Q3) "we could generate over 100m in 2020"

With DMYT trading under $15, seems like a pretty safe bet!!

Betting on online gambling to have a huge 2021!!

    Current holdings - $DMYT - 40% of my portfolio
    $DKNG - 10%
    $LCA - 20%
$PENN - 10% (lot of gains, started pulling back my position, didn't want to press my luck,
    great stock though!!)
    $20% - not gaming stocks

Good luck all, more and more states are going to be allowing online gaming, and revenue is going to continue to climb. Covid is only speeding up the usage, and many older gamblers are going to see the benefit of not having to go to smoke filled casino's anymore.

    When is the merger vote?

The more I look at this SPAC the more I become fascinated with it because what I'm seeing here is some serious potential. I've missing out on other big SPAC opportunities so far but looking at this the market cap here is only $394 million pre-merger. Other gambling stocks like PENN and DKNG have market caps of $10.9 billion and $19.18 billion respectively. Draftkings I think went public in the earlier parts of this year so they're not even a full year in and have achieved the success they have. That puts this pre-merger around 2%-3.5% the value of those other companies and with the footprint that this company appears to have that would seem like just a splash in the bucket. Even if this stock pales in comparison to the other companies mentioned above and only reaches a fraction of the success in terms of stock performance here it would appear that we're still only in the opening phases of this stock. Even at just $1 billion market cap that's still a two and a half times multiple of the current share price (excluding additional share offerings, warrants, lock-up expirations, etc.) but those types of things take additional time to unfold as well. I think I've seen all that I need to see now, long position it is for me!

    But the loss though?? Ouch!

Comprehensive loss was $(28.1) million during the third quarter of 2020, compared to a comprehensive loss of $(1.6) million during the third quarter of 2019.

Will Rush Street need the states approval to spinoff the online portion of the business, as was requested with Golden nuggets?
