LORDSTOWN, Ohio and NEW YORK, Oct. 23, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lordstown Motors Corp. (“Lordstown Motors”), a leader in electric light duty trucks focused on the commercial fleet market, announced today that it has completed its business combination (“Business Combination”) with DiamondPeak Holdings Corp.
