Authentic Brands had submitted an initial offer for the Nine West and Bandolino brands of $200 million, according to court papers.

Filings made Tuesday in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in San Antonio show that A’Gaci has lined up a new senior secured asset-based revolving loan of $12 million from Second Avenue Capital Partners LLC. Second Avenue specializes in making loans ranging from $5 million to $35 million to retail and consumer products companies that might otherwise have trouble finding financing, according to its website.
