Great Quarter Randall and EDUC! It looks like the improved profits and improved shipping go hand in hand.
Good fences makes good neighbors.
Wonder how the market maker managed to beat EDUC down to $7.05 before the FY2017 report came out. EDUC had already reported record revenues for March and April, so the FY2017 results shouldn't have been a total surprise. Then we get a 40% jump in one day! But no manipulation going on here, huh????
Margins were terrific in 4Q. Have not seen balance sheet yet.
Looking for an entry for next leg up. Technical strong buy at stoxline. Target: 10.80

I'm a shareholder, so I lost a fair amount of money yesterday, but i was relieved to see the drop was just in response to a Seeking Alpha post giving someone's very detailed opinion about the company and not due to new information being released.
Also, I hope the company or Randall does not issue a statement rebutting the post. There's no reason to debate EDUC's prospects; we'll know soon what the truth is. The only rebuttal that matter's is for the sales to remain strong and for margins to improve in the near future. If so, yesterday's drop will have been a great buying opportunity. (Full disclosure: I bought more shares at the end of the day yesterday).
told the twit cronies, prob company related since they like to sit online and sing the praises of EDUC instead of doing their real jobs that all time high would never be seen again and was dumping after yesterday. Growing pains my #$%$ Thanks for the tip to sell Randall!!!
EDUC shareholders, there was a fairly significant number of shares traded today for no apparent reason. If there are any rumors circulating, I am not aware what they could be. There is no announcement coming soon, next one will be to report sales and consultant numbers for March 2017 which should be in a few days. After that will be the announcement of year end Revenue and Earnings.
Here we are 18 months after incredibly good financial performance news and people are still dumping the stock. Go figure.

Decline today is due to the article Izzy linked below.
EDUC lost customers and consultants in the Fall when we were inundated with orders and could not get them all shipped before Christmas. Shipping times have now been restored to former levels and orders are shipped same or next day. Sales consultant numbers are a soft number as we report active sales consultants only, active being anyone who has sold in the last six months. We are gaining new sales consultants daily as well as consultants restarting their business since the improvement in shipping. We are also seeing an increase in sales to retail outlets who could not get their orders filled in the Fall. EDUC has experienced Revenue for FY 2015 of $35 million, FY 2016 of $65 million and FY 2017 of $106 million. This spectacular growth has resulted in significant changes in the Company. Inventory has increased but the suppliers have agreed to extended terms because larger print runs are very profitable. During the past year several million dollars have been invested in technology to adequately handle this phenomenal growth and we expect additional technology will be employed, but not to the level of last year. Our sales growth is continuing and we expect to see increased margins in FY 2018.
