From what I understand based on what I read. The company was introducing the Abdominal stent graft solution until COVID came about, then all surgeries were cancelled and so was their solution. I think the company relied on the product and because of the delay in hospital buying it, they came into a financial snag and filed for chapter 11. Then there is NASDAQ with their rule to unlist under $1.00 stocks. I am also hearing that the company may be taken private. It’s hard to tell what the future will bring but insiders bough a S#df load of shares in 2019 and are losing their shirts, therefore it’s up to their benefit to get back on track. Unless the company goes public and buys me out, I will hold on to the stock.

I’ve read the past posts from over the months/year. I watched some people happily cheer this thing all the way to the bottom. I’m confused. It seems Adeptus has been holding the bag for months and averaging down at $5 only to slide to 0.64.
Sincerely what is it about this stock that makes you wanna hold? I did some DD and I’m not convinced to buy yet.
What has you convinced this stock is a winner?

I just got off the phone with Schwab asking if it was possible too make my shared unshortable. I thought this may be a good way to have thee shorts cover their position quickly.
Any sell order will make your shares essentially the equivalent of already sold. Similarly any buy order makes the money disappear from your available dollars as long as it is open, even if it doesn’t fill.
If you put in a high sell order, good ‘til canceled, that order will just sit there, with your shares in your account, but basically ready to be sold if the order gets filled.
I don’t know why a person would care about this though. Shares shorted are determined essentially by lottery, or they are borrowed from a brokerage’s pool that they have in an account specifically for their clients to borrow. If your shares happen to be shorted, you will NEVER know it, and there will never be any effect if the short trade blows up, you will still have your shares and be none the wiser. The brokerage makes you whole, and it all happens behind the scenes.

Wow...down to 43.6 cents a share factoring in the 10 for 1 reverse stock split. Driving it right into the ground. Class action lawsuit in the works on behalf of patients and/or stockholders??? Losing over $7 a share. How long can this continue...
