Did they sell the therapeutics division? Hamid said in an interview that the company is made up of two divisions. Enzo clinical labs and Enzo Life Sciences...... Very weird. It was a fluff interview and he still couldnt really say anything new.. Almost a year hes been at the helm. The more he speaks the less confidence I have in him. I cant post the link, just google Enzo biochem and click the "news" tab.

Did they know insiders were selling stock years ago and breaking the law by not reporting ? Would it surprise any long time holders of Enzo ?

Does the new board not have a responsibility to go over what law firms in the past CHARGED FOR? What they ADVISED? And insider sales that were advised by Counsel, but NEVER REPORTED? Don't they have to correct the books so the company finally meets NYSE listing requirements? Do the law firms who advised to break the law, have to return the stolen money they took from investors through this company? If Ernst charged more to cover up the insider sales, does that money also have to be returned to the investors? Lot of questions popping up. "No good cause" to resign? You bet. Nothing good. Now you see why having blood relatives on the public company board of directors is not advisable. Its to cover up things... The gross things people do. Like being paid stock options to post false information on public posting boards and becoming dependent upon it. Like it's just normal, to do it for 4 decades. Some would call it kleptomania.

I’m sure Rabbani doesn’t represent anything anymore at Enzo. Just a piece o greedy piece of stuff… he doesn’t have to be out for the company to sell. If a buyer will show interest and is proper they’re selling.

Form 4 should be filed for any and all who short sold on inside information. Now. Don't the shareholder have the right to know this information? If short sales, based on inside information were routed through Belize and the Grand Cayman Islands, don't the shareholder deserve to know WHY?

The shareholders should be shown all the stock options handed out over the decades and to whom. Then a list of who posted on the internet in exchange for those stock options. Don't the owners, the shareholders of the company, have that right? Why is it missing from the financial statements? Hidden? Now THAT would be ACCOUNTING.

2. The 600,000 gifted shares
3. How the paid off the brother Sharam 10 million dollars to get lost from Enzo
4. How barry and ekeazar awarded themselves bonuses even in the years they were losing money
5. How they bought the Enzo warehouse building and collected rent from Enzo on Inflated over market prices.
6. How many times they lied about making a deal with another company that never materialized
7. Lies and deceiving shareholders through the years
8. How many times they blamed everything on other things rather than taking the responsibility themselves.
9. How 2 clowns barry and ekeazar who are family related destroyed a public business
