Does anyone plan to hold after August 5th so you might get the CVR's? The likelihood of 4Q's of revs of $250m seems remote.

Stock will trade with the CVR attached until they are tendered in the buyout. The stock price today should be $1.45 plus some value added because of the CVR...... I'd say about 40 cents on the dollar. So a trading price today of $1.90 to $2.00 should be expected. Still, those of us who invested at higher prices are not impressed. Personally I feel the management has screwed their investors to their own benefit.

@PizzaLover there's no choice. You can surrender voluntarily @ 1.45 or, they'll take them @ 1.45. Plus CVR.

glad to have averaged down, but is 1.45 MA price actually fair, considering this was a 10$ company? Maybe FTC will take a thorough look at the merger. I would not cash out just yet.
